Welcome to the Tastebuds Network Member Rewards card program. Members within the TasteBuds online community receive many perks. One of these is the ability to obtain a physical Member Rewards Card which you receive in the mail shortly after signing up or upgrading your membership. The cards come in 2 levels depending on your membership and offer you discounts at participating restaurants every time you use them. |

Gold Members receive 10% off their restaurant bill at participating restaurants when presenting the 10% Off Member Rewards Card. The card is valid the entire time the member has a Gold level status and is returned to the customer after dining for continued use on their next dining experience. |

VIP Members receive the Gratuity Card. Use this VIP card at participating restaurants and TasteBuds Network Pays your tip! When the check comes, pay the standard tab, slap down the Gratuity Card, and you're done! No more figuring out tips - TasteBuds leaves an 18% tip for your server automatically. You can save $100s of dollars with this card on just a few restaurant visits. VIP members also receive the 10% off dining card for additional savings at even more restaurants! |

How do I get a TasteBuds Network Discount Card?
The 10% off Member Rewards card and the 18% Gratuity Card are available to our GOLD and VIP members respectively. When you upgrade your standard membership to GOLD or VIP, we will send you out your card(s) in the mail. You can upgrade for FREE by trading in activity points by going here when logged in.
How long do I have to wait to receive my Cards?
Your card(s) should arrive a few days after upgrading depending on your location.
Can I use the cards with other discounts or coupons?
As a general practice most restaurants will only honor one discount method at a time, and will not allow you to combine offers or coupons. Be sure to ask your server if they will accept additional discounts on top of the TasteBuds Cards.
If I am at a restaurant, how do I know if they accept the TasteBuds Cards?
Your server should be able to tell you. If they don't recognize the card, you may want to ask a manager in case the server is new. If they don't be sure to tell them to get with the program and you'll be back!
My favorite restaurant doesn't accept the cards - how can we change that?
Let us know! Email us the restaurant(s) you want added to the discount card list, and we will contact them ASAP. Then check back often on the site to see what new restaurants have been added. Send your wish list to cards (at) tastebuds.net
I don't want to join the network or upgrade, is there a way for me to purchase one of these cards?
The Member Rewards Card and Gratuity Card are for Gold and VIP members only. However standard members and visitors may purchase a one time use Gratuity Card for only $10. When presented to the server, your gratuity of 18% will be paid by TasteBuds Network. The card is not returned to you, and is for a one time use only. One time cards are great for a one time event, or as a gift. Spending $100 at one of our participating restaurants will save you $18 in gratuity! (One time Cards coming soon)
How many 1 time use cards can I buy at one time?
There is a purchase limit of five 1-time-use Gratuity Cards per customer per day. If you would like more than five cards at one time, please contact our customer service department for bulk orders at info (at) tastebuds.net
I own a restaurant and want to accept the TasteBuds cards, what do I do?
Becoming a participating restaurant is easy, and it's FREE! First you will want to join the TasteBuds Network and create a profile. Then simply contact us at cards (at) tastebuds.net with your request, and we will sign you up! Restaurants receive a welcome kit, along with a window cling and server cheat sheets for your staff alerting them to your acceptance of the cards. The best part is, 100% of the discounts you give out are redeemable for advertising space at TasteBuds.net.
